Saturday Brief Workout
Just 16 minutes today. It's something. Available time on weekends can vary a lot but, as I have mentioned earlier, I am still figuring out the routine. It's just great to be developing a new routine!

I can definitely see the benefit of keep going, even if it is a short one. I suspect your short workout would be an intense one.
I'm trying to emulate some of the good things that you and NOS have going. I think I will see results.
