30 minutes this evening, as the light snow was falling. It was a lot warmer than it was yesterday; today it was about 30 degrees when I was out there. Woohoo! Summer! OK, maybe not yet, but soon!
I am hoping to get into a more regular rhythm with my training. Maybe one day in the gym, alternating with one day of roadwork and shadowboxing. I don't know yet, because I need to fit in weight lifting also. No worries. I'll figure it out.
