Monday's Workout

Here's the recap for my workout on Monday.
  • 37 minutes of roadwork (outside)
  • 2 rounds of shadowboxing
  • 3 rounds on heavy bag
  • 3 rounds on double-end bag
  • 4 rounds of stretching
  • 1 round of sit-ups
