I had hoped to do a morning workout today, but I was kind of tired in the a.m. and moving very slowly, so I decided to wait. I did get to the gym late this afternoon. I'm glad I waited because I am sure I had a better workout than I would have had in the morning. Here's how it went.
- 30 minutes roadwork
- 4 rounds on the double-end bag
- 4 rounds on the speed bag
- 2 rounds on the heavy bag
- 2 rounds on the double-end bag
- 1 round of stretching
