Thursday's Workout

Morning workout today.  It was pretty focused training.  Here's the summary.
  • 24 minutes of roadwork (it's getting even hotter outside these days)
  • 3 rounds on double-end bag
  • 3 rounds on heavy bag
  • 3 rounds on speed bag
  • 3 rounds of stretching
I like the morning training.  It's a great way to start the day.  I want to do it more often.
