I had a good workout at the gym on Wednesday.
Here's the recap.
- 1 hour of roadwork
- 5 rounds on uppercut bag
- 5 rounds on heavy bag
- 5 rounds on double-end bag
- 4 rounds of stretching
- 1 round of abs exercises
I am liking the morning training. I'm getting to know some of the morning guys and will probably get some sparring partners from the group. Good stuff.
