Wednesday's Workout

I had a good workout at the gym on Wednesday.

Here's the recap.
  • 1 hour of roadwork
  • 5 rounds on uppercut bag
  • 5 rounds on heavy bag
  • 5 rounds on double-end bag
  • 4 rounds of stretching
  • 1 round of abs exercises
I am liking the morning training. I'm getting to know some of the morning guys and will probably get some sparring partners from the group. Good stuff.
