Monday's Roadwork

Today's training was a long walk along the beach on Lake Michigan: 2 hours and 4 minutes.  I kept up a pretty good pace and it was great to walk on the sand in the early evening sunlight.  The cold water splashing on my feet was invigorating.  Ah, great stuff!

I also enjoy the occasion long walks on the beach...except it is rather too cold downunder:-)

Glad you can mix up in your training...avoid getting bogged down with the same 'ol routine.
