No joke. Far few...</title><content type='html'>Yoga saved my life as an athlete. No joke. Far fewer injuries since I started taking stretching seriously. I also think it helped my power, giving me more extension on my punches, and a more centered core. Even better.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Flexibility is one of the key components to independence in 'later' years...along with strength. I also try to improve on my flexibility.
