What you describe is very similar to what my scheduled training sessions on Friday evenings used to be.<BR/><BR/>I think it will be a while for me to rejoin the evening training session but also have learned that the Friday evening sparring sessions haven't been taking place in recent times.<BR/><BR/>Glad for you to have found a group such as this.
