I&#39;m glad to see that you&#39;re back in action.<br /><br />I can appreciate the difficulties of keeping in contact with all your friends, especially given the very full year you have just experienced. These days, I no longer distinguish between the &quot;cyber buddies&quot; and the &quot;real world&quot; friends, simply because the two groups can overlap one another significantly.<br /><br />I&#39;ve had the pleasure of meeting several of my online friends in various settings. I&#39;ve gotten to box against one of the guys twice, and to train with a few of the others while visiting their gym. I&#39;ve also had the chance to meet and either chill out or share a meal with some others and I have found that they have been invariably the same as they are online; happily, I had no surprises.<br /><br />Anyway, I&#39;m glad you&#39;re back. I see you&#39;re wasting no time: you&#39;ve just posted an interesting entry about <a href="http://www.nerdcoreboxing.com/3-dimensions-of-boxing-defense" rel="nofollow">3-dimensional boxing defense</a>.
